I would specifically highlight the entries on the Help and Support section and on the Agreement page stating about the time frames for each transaction. For withdrawals, please know that it can take up to 72 hours to complete them but they are usually processed within just a couple of hours. Sometimes I may process them within minutes but please do not complain when your withdrawal is just pending for 1 hour.
