Aí está a sinceridade da administradora deste site informada por um membro no fórum.
O membro queria depositar $21.00 no Clixten para arrendar referidos e por engano depositou $2100.00
Mandou um ticket para o staff e o Sam do suporte falou com a administradora Miahela e o dinheiro foi devolvido para a conta desse membro
Deixo aqui a explicação e a satisfação desse mesmo membro
Everything started in the evening of 28th May 2015.
I did my daily routine clicking my ads and I have seen that is time to order 100 Referrals.I didn't have enough money in my P Balance so I wanted to add $21.00 into my account using PayPal.For some reason my computer didn't take the dot between numbers and I ended instead 21.00 dollars to transfer through PayPal 2100.00 dollars
I didn't know what to do so I call PayPal and I went immediate to my bank to see If I can solve the terrible mistake I made.
I came home and I wrote an email to Clix ten support explaining my situation.
I was so happy when I receive an immediate answer from Sam who was all along the process next to me telling that he will have a meeting with the board on the 31 May.and he is going to see what he can do to help me.
Our Admin Mihaela Pascal approved the refund and today I receive back through PayPal the all sum of 2100.00 dollars.
I cannot put in words all I felt when I receive back an email from Sam telling me that today in about 2-4 hours I will receive money back.I really felt that I am a part of this big family Clixten.I will never be able to repay the kindness and support I receive all this weekend.I felt guilty in front of my 2 sons and I share with Sam that.He is also a father and he knows like many others like us what means.
All I learn today here is that behind our computer screens are people who care about us .We have a great and honest team who lead us.I am proud to be a part of Clixten.
Admin wrote me a note after she send the money.I will share with you:
