I've just sent Carlos an email... Strongly suggessting that we do one of two things ASAP ;

1) Buy an apartment / house near the beach (near Malaga), to rent out as a short term vacation home.

- This gives us a physical asset on the portfolio. Worth money that we can resell later.

-- This gives us some minimal monthly income. Completely external to our internal economy. That will look good for investors.

-- This gives us something to promote via the website. Any of our users can rent the holiday home via an online form or auction system.

-- Also, this will be a good "proof of concept".... in terms of buying a property in the name of a business. And arranging the paperwork so that the business owns the property, and after all taxes & overheads. The net revenue goes back to MTV.


2) Similar to the above... to buy-up a small local business in Malaga. To hold as an asset for resale, meanwhile treating it as a cash cow. It doesn't need mega growth potential; just some minimal net monthly profit / revenue for the portfolio.

Just a practice really to determine all the paperwork & reporting requirements of one offshore company, owning an onhore business. And then pocketing the after tax revenues, that we'll then share back with the MTV portfolio.

But I think the above will be a great proof of concept to highlight the potential of MTV. And even if the physical businesses are not mega profitable; they are fixed assets. Thereby allowing us to "store" our development funding for later use. (Which is a lot better than just having loads of cash laying around, thats frankly a liability to keep safe)

And I think the biggest value of these physical assets / businesses will be what it demonstrates to investors... And that should generate a whole lot of growth / appeal to larger investors that we're currently not hitting.
