Re: BuxePT
Não existem provas de pagamentos anunciados pelo próprio site desde o dia 20.
Pode-se ver isto no fórum desde ontem e nem sequer foi apagado até agora:
"As all the roads lead to Rome, all the clues are leading that the Admin (spanish name) is the serial scammer Jo Cook (Richard O'Neill a.k.a Devil's Cook from facebook) from Paidverts.
1. 6% fee on withdrawals = only Jo charges so much (see Paidverts for paypal) , no other PTC uses this percent.
2. Post with great financial achievement to gain more trust from members = Jo
3. The fake RR AVG bug from buxept is similar to resetting BAP on Paidverts, where thousands of dollars are taken from members.
4. Payment delayed or avoiding Paypal transactions.
5. All his past or active website are based on casino or cash games. Buxept had 2 games on launching.
6. All his past or active websites are/were HYIP/Ponzi schemes disguised as share revenue MIXED with PTC website.
There is no way to pay everyone from rev shares without being a hyip/ponzi/etc scheme
7. Banning people who complain about the delayed payments or payment processor issue. On buxept lots of members has been banned after the RR AVG "bug". There was no RR bug just a forced AVG of the bots in order to steal later more money from us by balancing the AVG back.
The company buxept.ltd has been created in june 2015, registered in UK and payed the annual fee on july 2015.Buxept has been created at a short time after Jo has been banished from Paidverts from the other 3 spanish guys.
Jo is living in Spain and he is an infamous past scammer responsible for a lot of past scam sites including Richy-Invest, Jp-daily, Investment96 (version 1, 2 and 3), Investproker, PokerByProxy, Mysterious-Profits, PokerProfits, SustainedReturns, GG-investments and probably others. Richard O’Neill is known for using the email address devilscook@gmail.com and the nickname DevilsCook.
More details at http://ptccentral.com/paidverts-review/ and search on google "investment96"
I'm estimating this buxept fraud at $100,000-105,000 , without counting the add funds from main balance, only deposits, achieved in just 3 months. (subscriber' upgrades, fake AVG bug, banned people, promo packs , etc). Only a pro in scamming websites could do such a record.
Of we go to dispute and recover our money back.
It is time for PAYPAL OR PAYZA DISPUTE:
Filing a dispute is easy. Just find the transaction and scroll below. There should be a message saying about problem with a purchase and that you got 180 days to report it. If you click that, it will take you to the Resolution Center. There, just choose "I haven't received the item" and choose "service". Then just state your reason saying something like you have invested your money but the site stops paying and you haven't gotten the return of your investment. Just say it stops paying blah blah scam, etc.
Paypal gives about 2 weeks for the seller to reply to your dispute. If he doesn't reply, then you win the case. If he does, then you have to supply some links or screenshots to fight him proving that you haven't gotten what was supposed to be received as they stopped paying.
I suggest that you take screenshots now of any pending withdrawals. Also take some screenshots of people complaining in the forum (or even right click mouse and save the posts as HTML links) and the payment proof of the site and the payment proof section which do no match at all. Just fight it saying that they violated their TOS of not paying within certain days. If you don't have any pending withdrawal,or take screenshot from your deposit page of buxept/paypal or best click cashout now and then after a week of not being paid, file your dispute. About the partial refund, Paypal's policy is if you're not happy with the item, you can get your money back. So just say that you're not happy with the result and would definitely prefer to be fully refunded than partial.

Remember the above 7 points and invest only after the website is at least 6 months old and remember the "bux" websites are more likely to be(come) scams. Even neobux, buxvertise, is stealing members with their RR system.
And in the future everyone should stay in Standard for few months (at least 6) , test the ptc with a $5 investment , then later upgrade your account if you seee that the PTC is honest and worth your money.
2 days ago , googling "buxept" we got the first result named "Exceptional...." and 1 day ago, the name has been changed to "buxept" so someone did changed website's configuration and now is reverted to "Exceptional.." but we didn't got any reply in the forum for to long, only a "brief update" from a so called Admin at his/her very 1st new post..
Even if someone is taking over the buxept and fix it, or the real admin will be back with some childish excuses, it won't be the same, lots of people even golden are banned , lots of people are starting to write negative reviews/comments on the internet about buxept.
It seems that some PTCs since 2 days ago are increasing their daily ads number back as it was before the launching of buxept....welcome back to the older websites.
Take care everyone and don't trust nobody, except YOUR ROI and YOUR payment proof. "
