The 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit. Or You may complete various other tasks and offers to accumulate cash and points.

Once you have accumulated the minimum payout, you can click on "Request Payment" within Member's Area and it will submit your request. You can choose to be paid by Payza/PayPal.

You can request your payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment will be processed automatically and issued via Payza/PayPal instantly unless Payza/PayPal is having technical difficulties it may take longer.
