Hello there users. I am very sorry for any problems caused today. You will be pleased to know they are all sorted now.

You may have heard rumours floating around other forums... I will put it straight.
Our script is made from scratch. Some basic elements to the script are similar to other sites/scripts, because the basics are the basics: some things must have the same components, like in a car. Toyota's have some parts that are the same as Fords. They are totally different, but the same vital parts are needed.

You can see for yourself how different the SvBux script is from other scripts - the features, the feeling of it and the looks.

Now, down to what has happened... we were attacked by a man who uses force before diplomacy... in other words, he sent us threatening emails. We didn't want to pay a single penny to this man because our script is not a copy of any other scripts. Because of this, he decided to send a very long email to our host, and our host warned us that it was without evidence... they did not ban/suspend our server because they know for a fact that our script is not a copy of the crappy #@#@!@# 3. We did not pay the ransom this person demanded, so the person decided to launch DDoS attacks against our server (check out DDoS on Wikipedia for more info).

In the end we did pay this person, for one reason only: we care about SvBux and the stability of the site. These acts committed against SvBux were blackmail. Like a thief - give me money or I will kill everybody. We've chosen the second option, allowing SvBux to come back online for you, the users.

I want to make it clear that we did not retaliate with infantile acts... nor did we pay anybody to commit such acts... doing this would make us as low as them (DDoS attack).

Over the next few days our level of protection will be much better, so we are pretty sure that this kind of incident won't happen again.

All support tickets and posts will be replied to tomorrow. I am very exhausted and everything will be sorted tomorrow.

And lastly, as compensation, all rented referrals will be extended for 1 day.

O servidor terminou o contrato com o Svbux por conta dos ataques ddos. Agora o admin está a tratar de procurar um outro com protecçao Ddos para recolocar o site.

Pessoal acho que o svbux não irá voltar ;(

I bring bad news regarding SvBux. It is not what I wanted to hear, nor expected to hear. It has made me very sad indeed, as I'm sure it will make you sad if you used the site...

SvBux is to not come back. The last update I heard was that the admin was looking for a new host. I emailed him an hour ago, and I got a reply telling me that too many people were creating chargebacks. I will post the original email.

I will not be doing any chargebacks because I made profit from this site. I asked admin if there was anyway to get it back, but there's not.

So thanks to these bloody idiots doing chargebacks, the Sv PayPal has closed, and the AlertPay will also close... if people had just been patient and waited then Sv would have been back and we could have continued to earn.

So, I suppose that's it. For those who didn't know, I am ownagetom. I was a mod at SvBux... it was nice to know many of you, but I think now I will leave the PTC world... Sv was the only PTC where I earned well.
