tinha feito upgrade da conta pelo Paypal e o administrador disse para fazer disputa, então fiz a disputa e ganhei depois disso tinha-se que investir

Since I upgrade my account I've only cashout $3.19 in my 2nd cashout, the 1st payment I was a Standard member "Baby" and I've only cashout $2.03.
My answer is if my account have a downgrade to Baby again why didin't appear nothing when I try to cashout?

Why do not deducte $3.19 from my account, that's the money that I have cashout with my upgrade, eliminate my purchase from PayPal and everything goes to normal, if I want to cashout from Payza or PM I was able, and if I want to upgrade my account also??!!

Well I really don't know why did you not understand also, it's simple you remove $3.19 from my account balance because I cashout that when I made the upgrade(the only cashout that i made after upgrade my account) then remove from site the investiment that I made from PayPal and then I'm able to cashout from Payza if you remove my investiment from Paypal.
Simple as that

I reset your account, balances and rented referrals as you won disputes in PayPal.
To cashout, you have to invest minimum $5 using other payment processors.
