Recently owners of PTC sites have been stealing member accounts and changing their AlertPay e-mails. They are probably using the same password for every other PTC thus making account theft very likely to happen.

For your own safety a security measue - PIN code has been added. This requires our members to enter a 4 digit PIN in order to change their account profile. The PIN will be sent to your AlertPay e-mail, so make sure it is correct. If you have problems receiving it, you can always try again or make sure the e-mail isn't filtered out by your spam protection.
Every time you need to change your account details, you need to request a PIN. Please make sure you ALWAYS use a different password for every PTC. I hope this will reduce the number of unfortunate events as such.
