Ultimamente a BB esta a passar por períodos de mudanças, e como tal algumas pessoas ficam inquietas... como tal deixo aqui informação dada numa chamada de maneira a tirar a maior parte das duvidas que algumas pessoas têm. É muita informação para absorver mas vale a pena.

When it goes live, all TPs will be taken automatically.

Ability to cancel TPs will also be available. As previously told, if you cancel TPs your bonus hits will be reclaimed.

You cannot cancel some of your TP’s, it is either all or nothing.

Keep in mind TPs are optional – BB is an affiliate programme and TPs create an extra option for affiliates.

Any TPs missed during the transition period will automatically be purchased

If your account goes into the negative, you will have 6 weeks to bring it back into positive before your account is locked.

Withdrawals

We now have a full time person who is looking after the PrePaid card – if you have not applied for your card, please do so. Payza has been phased out and STP will be phased out (for withdrawals) and the card is going to be the main method for withdrawals (for countries that can accept the card).

Most of payout issues going back have been caught up. Some issues with US bank payments – please check that your information is accurate.

99% of payout issues are caused by wrong information. If your information is corrected, you will be put back in the payout queue for the next run.

Corporate accounts (people who had special permission to pay more than $5,000 and have contracts with BB) – you will know how you are going to get paid

If you are doing a withdrawal request more than what the card can handle, you must put in a request and give 3 months notice. 95+% of affiliates are not affected by this.

For example, Raj has a $180,000 withdrawal pending that will be paid out this month and a $100,000 was paid out last month.

The IC is now offering support in IC countries. Please contact IC countries for support as they each have their own dedicated person in Head Office

You can not take screenshots of the prepaid card

You can not take screen shots of your back office ewallet and upload it – there is a reason why you have to have a username and password. Please use the Community Watch feature if you see websites/blogs with ewallet screen shots.

No date yet on the missing sales credits global fix.

Only contact Vector if you have an issue with your card, with logging in to Vector online etc NOT for withdrawals to the card.

For withdrawal issues, contact BB. Vector have no powers of control on card loads from BB.

If you are caught acting as a wholesaler by transferring packages and panels – you will lose the ability to transfer packages and panels.

STP - will be caught up by the end of the week

Uma pena descontinuarem a retirada por Payza...

No futuro parece-me que apenas vai ser possível utilizar o cartão da Banners Broker da Vector. Ainda estou à espera que me aprovem a morada para fazer o peido.

Já alguém daqui tem o cartão e o usou para saber como funciona? Se existe um pin, se podemos usar normalmente para compras e levantamentos em Portugal?

Dj Diaz mas isso acho que não é para todos os paises, mas no nosso só vai ser possível retirar pelo cartão sim.

Eu ainda não tenho o cartão, tenho que fazer a autentificação do documento de ID e depois mando vir. Mas acho que sim, dá para fazer compras e levantamentos. Pelo menos levantamentos tenho a certeza que dá, mas não em todas as caixas ATM.

Quem entrou no site da BB a partir de ontem já se deparou com uma mensagem acerca da compra automática dos TP's, para conseguirem continuar para o dashboard devem aceitar as condições. Após isso, as pessoas que era suposto comprarem TP's durante o período de transição, terão os TP's respectivos comprados automaticamente assim como o dinheiro descontado da e-wallet. No caso de terem ficado com dinheiro negativo têm 6 semanas para que volte a ficar positivo.

Houve casos de pessoas que aceitaram os termos dessa mensagem mas no entanto não lhe foi comprado o TP, nesse caso essas pessoas devem mandar um ticket a explicar a situação.

A partir de agora a compra dos TP's é feita automaticamente. Podem acrescentar mais TP's à vossa subscrição indo a Purchase » Purchase Traffic Packs. Também podem cancelar a subscrição indo a Account » Subscription Manager (atenção que ao fazerem isto vão se sujeitar às condições impostas pela BB quando compraram os TP's).

Também não recebemos os $5 que devíamos receber por cada TP comprado pelos nossos referidos, mas eles vão normalizar isso quando estiver tudo a 100%. Com os sales credits em falta acho que se vai passar o mesmo.

PS.: Já é possível mandar ticket em português através do site.

Boa noite...novato no ramo...

Pessoal se me pudessem esclarecer, estou a tentar depositar dinheiro através de MBnet na eWallet, mas acontece que está a ser negada a transação para a alliedwallet...alguma outra forma?

Respondendo à tua questão, tens a possibilidade de depositar através de Payza, SolidTrustPay e Bank Wire... Os dois primeiros não devem satisfazer as tuas necessidades porque ainda tinhas que estar a depositar dinheiro nos processadores de pagamento e iria demorar algum tempo. A outra opção, Bank Wire não sei bem como funciona, mas penso que seja uma espécie de transferência bancária, directamente do teu banco para a eWallet da BB, mas penso que também não seja imediata.

Eu depositei por MBNet e para mim é a melhor opção, quando o fiz foi instantâneo, o dinheiro caiu logo na eWallet. O que te aconteceu a ti aconteceu a mais pessoas, portanto tenta depositar novamente mais tarde, amanha à tarde por exemplo, e se voltares a não conseguir contacta o suporte da BB, via chat ou chamada telefónica (email não aconselho porque vão demorar muito tempo a responder)
